Who is Protecarb?

In the small town of Holmwood, Louisiana, Kirk Fontenot grew up with a dream to help people reach their full potential of body, mind and spirit.

In his personal life, faith, commitment to healthy living, and a dedicated work ethic enabled him to win many body-building championships, including the NGA American National Championship. However, it was a tough life-challenge that helped to make his dream come true. In 2005, Kirk and his family were displaced during Hurricane Rita. While living in a one room house he began to develop easy, healthy and balanced meals. As a result of sharing these meals with others, a demand was created.
